Absolutely. We only offer natural, raw crystals and hand-carved gemstones, selected for their energy, beauty, and authenticity.
4. How do I use your incense holders or bukhour burners?
Place your lit incense or bukhour in the holder on a heat-resistant surface and enjoy. Never leave it unattended.
5. What’s the difference between incense and bukhour?
Incense is made from herbs/resins in stick form. Bukhour are oil-soaked wood chips used in Middle Eastern rituals.
6. Are the boho decor items handmade?
Yes! Baskets, rugs, and wall hangings are handcrafted using natural materials and carry cultural stories.
7. What ingredients are used in your organic soaps?

13. Are your incense and bukhour safe to burn indoors?
Yes, in well-ventilated areas and heatproof holders. Never leave burning items unattended.

We welcome special requests. Availability may vary, but we’ll try our best to accommodate.

Many of our items including candles, holders, decor, and carvings are handmade by skilled artisans.

Stored properly, incense and candles last 1+ year without losing potency or fragrance.
17. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days for unused items. Custom/opened products are non-returnable.
